Returns

All of our products are lovingly made on demand in order to accommodate preferences for different colours and sizes. 

Split-Orders / Partially Fulfilled

  • Orders may be split if certain items are delayed due to availability or backlogs so as to minimize inconvenience.
  • Some orders may be split into more than one package (at no extra charge) depending on size/content.

Our Returns Policy

  • Eligibility Window:

All Mister H products are made on-demand according to your specific selection of design, size and colour. As a result, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless there is a defect. 

  • Items Not Eligible for Refund:
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
    • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
    • Returns received after 90 days of the original order shipment date.
    • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?

Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
